MPI Approved Transitional Facility for Container Devanning

Our site is an MPI Approved Transitional Facility, allowing us to devan imported containers in a controlled environment in accordance with MPI border and biosecurity requirements. Along with our site meting MPI requirements we also have a team of AP’s (approved persons) on hand to unload your container following MPI guidelines.

Equipment to Handle a Wide Range of Containerised Freight

Different freight requires different handling solutions. Our devanning operation is supported by a practical range of equipment designed to unload containers safely and efficiently, including:

  • Slip sheet attachments for pallet-less freight

  • Drum clamps for handling 200lt drums.

  • Long forks for oversized, awkward or longer palletized items

  • 2.5 tonne short mast forklift.

  • 5 tonne short mast forklift for heavier freight.

  • Container ramps for direct access into containers

additionally if required our fleet of Hiabs can assist with unloading where suitable.

Flexible Storage Options Managed Through Our 3PL System

Once your container has been devanned, we can provide warehousing storage options to suit the product, volume and dispatch requirements. This includes bulk stacked storage, racked pallet storage and outdoor yard storage.

All warehousing activity is managed through our 3PL system, giving customers a clear process from inwards receipt through to stock management, picking, dispatch and delivery. This helps reduce double handling, improve visibility and keep freight moving through the supply chain.

Distribution and Delivery Options Across Auckland

When your product is ready to move, we have a range of options within our fleet and a expert team to chose the right vehicle for the job. Our delivery options include curtainsiders with tail lifts for general freight, small flatdeck trucks for flexible site access, larger flatdecks and artic flatdecks for bulkier loads and the option from our range of Hiabs where lifting or placement is required at the destination.
